Create a new volume transfer
Usage: osc block-storage volume-transfer create355 [OPTIONS] --volume-id <VOLUME_ID>
Options:

--no-name— Set explicit NULL for the name -
--no-snapshots <NO_SNAPSHOTS>— Transfer volume without snapshots. Defaults to False if not specified.New in version 3.55
Possible values:

--volume-id <VOLUME_ID>— The UUID of the volume
